你会负责

• 作为 compiler、kernel 与 memory layout 能力的核心负责人，参与规划、设计和实现。
• 构建硬件执行栈中的底层软件能力，包括 compilation abstraction、code generation、critical-path optimization 和 low-level interface。
• 实现和优化关键 LLM inference operator 与 memory access path。
• 围绕硬件内存特性设计 data layout、memory placement、execution path 和优化机制。
• 与 runtime、silicon architecture 和 systems software 团队定义边界和接口。
• 在原型硬件环境中推动性能迭代、debug 和工程复用。

我们希望你具备

• 计算机、电子工程、自动化、数学、编译器、高性能计算或相关专业博士。
• 具备 compiler、program optimization 或 high-performance systems 基础，理解 IR、lowering、bufferization、codegen、memory hierarchy、tiling 和 fusion。
• 具备 C/C++ 底层实现能力，熟悉 CUDA、Triton、LLVM/MLIR、TVM、IREE、XLA 或 CUTLASS 中至少一种。
• 理解 attention、KV Cache、MoE 等 LLM inference hot path 与性能瓶颈。
• 能够独立设计、实现、调试和优化复杂 kernel 或 compiler module。
• 愿意围绕真实工作负载和真实硬件约束持续迭代。
